5 Ways to Take Better Care of Yourself..  To Be Happier – Be Deliciously Abundant

 I was inspired to write this today – and as I wrote it – I remembered Why I was writing this….

A couple of years ago I lost my fur baby… it really sent me into a bad spiral… 

These are ALL the things I used to feel better ..

When we are not taking care of ourselves, we are Blocking the  ‘Channels’ to attracting the abundance we desire..and hence getting in the way of the Universe/aka the Law of Attraction

… so 5 Ways to Take Better Care of Yourself..  To Be Happier  Be Deliciously Abundant

 

When we are not happy, feeling good…We tend to feel Low

 

 Low = Low vibration and hence we are right out of the vortex…

 

So we have to Stay in a Higher Vibration – in the Vortex..

5 Ways to Take Better Care of Yourself..  To Be Happier  Be Deliciously Abundant

 

1. Gratitude – Be Grateful for Everything – even the challenges, funnily enough, in typical LOA style – I just received this… I have written many posts on this – here is just one..100 Days of Gratitude

 

I am grateful for all of my problems.

After each one was overcome,

I became stronger and more able to meet those that were still to come.

I grew in all my difficulties.

…..because as, JC Penney says,  we are learning something from everything…

 

2. Self Esteem – Feel good about yourself….

 

I know – I know its not always  easy – do the mirror work,

get used to looking in the mirror, telling yourself ‘I love you’

People really struggle with this,

I did..gosh until relatively recently – I had very little self esteem

I would never meet people ‘in bars etc’ I would say “ill meet you outside’…….

Now I am able to travel all over the place on my own……

 the sooner you achieve this the better.

 Get Used to Accepting Your Body ‘as it is’… Stop reading about ‘how your body ‘should be’ …

When I Stopped comparing myself to others – and REALLY accepting myself for ME

.. the wonderful person that I am..

Yes thats right – I am Wonderful – You are Wonderful..

3. Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

 

You have words with someone, say Sorry – Move on… Let it go..

Forgive yourself.. see Morning pages further down..

Don’t take things personally – again this is something – I hear so many people saying…

Taking office at the way ‘someone behaves’… YOu have No idea whats going on in their lives…

Don’t ‘assume’ its about YOU – Take your Ego out of it..

 

4. You Can’t Fix Everyone – and You just have to stop trying Just learn to Let Things Go

Take it from someone who has Tried!.. give up 🙂

 Just be the best version of yourself and Love them anyway

Learn to fall in love with yourself.. so that you have COMPASSION

We Get Soo caught up in oureselves ,We Tend to Think EVERYTHING is about Us…

When you take offence at someone else – do you know it says More about YOU than it does them…

 

If you were feeling better – you wouldn’t even notice or you may think

 

 

‘Oh shame that guys obviously having a bad time,

Ill do what I can to make their day better’

So INSTEAD of taking ‘offence’.. Be Kind... Be the Bigger Person and MAKE their day..

5. Exercise This is Something I simply Have to do every single day.. honestly even when I haven’t felt like it, I’ve still ‘pushed’ myself to do it…and boy does it help….For me its either Walking or Bikram Yoga

I have recently started doing Morning Pages... which has helped me achieve so many others things too…

In my morning pages, I write my gratitude, my affirmations, and my journal…

these can help you so much..

Once you start to Feel Better About Yourself – You Feel better about Other people and you become Much better at manfesting… 

The times when I have manifested things, have been when I have felt the best about myself… 

and Lastly –

  • Be Good To Yourself…
  • Celebrate your Successes…
  • Be Proud Of Yourself…
  • As the picture says

‘put your own oxygen mask on first’

Take Care of YOU… once you do that

Everything else become easier… including Manifesting!!
