How This One Process Can and Will Make You A Better Manifester | Morning Pages

Re Sharing this Blog from the last year or so, powerful process, not to be under valued

So  I’ve completed my 90 days of blogging – I was on a mission to blog every day for 90 days.. and I achieved it !! Yay..

But hey – whats that they say about a habit 21 days to form a habit – and now I don’t want to stop….

Hence How To Be A Better Manifester –  Morning Pages

I found Morning pages a few years ago

so I started to look into them…

its Impossible to Write Morning Pages for an extended

length of time without coming into contact with Inner Power –

Julia Cameron

So you may  wonder what has   Morning Pages got to do with BeDeliciously Abundant  or Law of Attraction,

… Ok Ill share that with you right now..

By getting  out ‘our stuff’, our good bad and ugly on paper, we are having a ‘clear out’

… we are telling the Universe what we don’t want… and what we do want..

 Morning Pages

… It helps Us clear our Minds, Clear our hearts…

and hence become a Better Manifester…

isn’t that what you want?

So what Are Morning Pages…

to me morning pages are like journalling, which I confess i have started and stopped so many times,

however now I have this Morning pages, you can bet your bottom dollar, Im going to keep going…. this morning it came easily…

  • They center you and clear your mind.
We wake up with a ton of stuff floating around in our minds.
We need to channel that energy and get it out. Morning Pages act as a ‘brain dump’
that will clear your mind to focus on other things.
Whether it’s the small distracting thoughts that can take our attention or bigger,
more challenging issues that can at times hijack our thoughts, Morning Pages allow us to Dump everything,
making way for more constructive and creative thinking.
  • They help you discover your creativity. In order to retrieve your creativity, you need to find it
And it’s through this seemingly pointless process that you are able to find it.
You discover things that have been hidden inside you and stuffed down in the business of life.
  • They help to silence your biggest enemy.
    Your inner critic.
  • They make you less anxious.
    Writing helps
    Envy, anger, fear, vulnerability, procrastination…
all those emotions can be put on paper and seen for what they are.
By getting this stuff out and looking at it, you realize it’s not so bad and it helps to ground you.
  • They will help you become a better idea generator.Don’t be tempted to ‘type’ this out – I know, Im a typist myself and hence avoid writing like the plague, however you connect better with your emotions when you write, you take longer to write, so more able to dig deeper into your thoughts by ‘writing’

So I started my morning pages this morning..

I actually wrote 3 A4 pages of writing… and wow did it feel good.

I included  my affirmations, my gratitude… my grumbles.. My fears, My joys…

It was fantastic… I got so much ‘stuff’ out,

So There You Go-  Morning Pages

As far as I can see there are no rules or regulations for these Morning Pages, you just ‘write’.. so write out everything – as much as you want, just ensure its 3 pages… google them, as I did. People talk about them taking 10-20 minutes, there seems to be no rules.. Just Do it…

Morning Pages,  that can really change your life – Start Now – if its the morning, if not..

get your pad and pen ready for tomorrow…oh and also as you write out or BEFORE you write out say ‘Today is Going to be A Great day…

  8. This is a really excellent way to start your day. Getting it all out and onto paper has a magical quality to it that has to be experienced to really be understood. I encourage anybody reading this to try it out for themselves! Great share Helen. <3
